John Buckley, 66, chief executive at Industrial Supply Association for past 10 years, remembered for innovation, membership success Buckley John Buckley, top executive at the $2.3 million-revenue Industrial Supply Association, died Feb. 12 of an apparent heart attack, the association said in a statement.
